ABOUT ME
Bianca is from a small town in Harris County, Georgia where she grew up surrounded by a lot of love and thanks to her mother—a lot of wine! Her fondness for wine began when she was young after seeing the elegance and classiness of it up close. Of course, she knew she couldn’t drink it; However, Bianca would beg her mother to let her drink her juice out of a wine glass instead of a cup for the sheer beauty of it.
During her undergraduate years, she would buy the cheapest wines she could afford on her college student budget. Tasting these new wines every week enabled Bianca to learn some wine basics. For example, moscato is sweet and cabernet sauvignon is dry. Which then led to her questioning why certain wines taste the way they do and how are they made? Her thirst for knowledge (and wine!) only grew from there. She wanted to learn everything there is to know about the wine and wine culture she fell in love with those many years ago.

Whether you are celebrating a birthday, planning a girls’ night, or needing a beautiful charcuterie board to-go, we are the wine brand for you. We specialize in interactive wine tastings that are completely catered to your preferences. If you like sweet wine, I will provide a variety of sweet wines; however, I will also introduce you to off-dry wines that you never knew you would love. Our mission is to expose more people to and educate more people on the art of wine. We understand that wine education can cost hundreds of dollars and is not easily accessible; therefore, we provide this education, along with a great time, at a significantly lower price.

You join me for a day/night of wine tasting and fun. Wine tastings include three (3) different wine varieties, wine education, and a beautiful charcuterie board. I can also bring the wine tasting to you for a travel fee (based on mileage).
